2.1 Finality of Bids: All bids placed on the Platform are final and binding. Once a bid is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn, modified, or canceled except at the sole discretion of Texas Star Bidding Platform.

2.2 Bid Acceptance: By placing a bid, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract. You agree to complete the purchase if your bid is the winning bid at the conclusion of the auction.

2.3 Bid Increments: All bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid amount specified for each listing, if applicable. Bids must be placed in increments as determined by the Platform.

2.4 Auction Duration: Auctions will run for the duration specified on each listing. Texas Star Bidding Platform reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel auctions at any time.

3.1 No Warranties: All items listed on the Platform are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3.2 Item Condition: Texas Star Bidding Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, quality, authenticity, or suitability of any item. Descriptions, images, and other information provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute warranties.

3.3 Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person or through available media before placing bids. Texas Star Bidding Platform is not responsible for any discrepancies between item descriptions and actual condition.

4.1 All Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, item condition, or dissatisfaction with the purchase.

4.2 No Cancellations: Once a bid is accepted and the auction concludes, the sale cannot be canceled by either party except in cases of fraud or material misrepresentation by Texas Star Bidding Platform.

5.1 Buyer's Responsibility: Upon completion of a sale, all responsibility for the item transfers to the buyer. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the item, including but not limited to damage, loss, theft, or any other issues that may arise after the sale is completed.

5.2 No Post-Sale Support: Texas Star Bidding Platform provides no post-sale support, maintenance, or assistance regarding purchased items. Any issues, defects, or problems discovered after the sale are solely the buyer's responsibility.

5.3 Item Pickup and Shipping: Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping of purchased items within the timeframe specified in the listing. Failure to arrange pickup or shipping may result in storage fees or forfeiture of the item.

6.1 Payment Method: Payment for all purchases will be taken offline. Texas Star Bidding Platform will contact winning bidders directly to arrange payment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of sale.

6.2 Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified by Texas Star Bidding Platform, typically within 48-72 hours of auction conclusion. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of any deposits.

6.3 Additional Fees: Buyers may be responsible for additional fees including but not limited to buyer's premiums, taxes, shipping costs, and storage fees as specified in the listing or communicated by Texas Star Bidding Platform.

7.1 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

7.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraudulent bidding, bid manipulation, or interference with the auction process.

7.3 Platform Availability: Texas Star Bidding Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance or other reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Star Bidding Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any items purchased through the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Texas Star Bidding Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your purchase of any items.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
